Question Regarding Privacy

Hello. I do remember that the betas of Flicktype indicated that keyboard entry could be sent back to the developer but I assumed that this was not the case for the production version. After doing a resotre of my iPhone I reenabled Flicktype as a keyboard, only
to see a similar message that by enabling full access what I typed could be sent to the developer of the app. I'm writing to ask for clarification on this as I admit to being very concerned about this.

FlickType does not collect what you type, as stated in our extremely simple privacy policy here: https://www.flicktype.com/privacy Apple always shows this warning, since they have no way of knowing what an app does once it is given full access. I do think they are right to warn their users of the risks, every time. - Kosta

Every single third-party keyboard I have ever seen requires you to give permission for that.
