Hi Michael,

I wonder whether when you flick down you sometimes hold too long and dismiss the Flicktype keyboard.

I would hate to see a change in the 2 finger tap that changes the letter case and brings up additional symbols. This gesture blends in well with the 2 finger double tap that changes the letters to numbers and back to letters. Again, just my opinion. Thanks.

I type very rapidly with two thumbs in landscape mode. I have never had this problem.

Hi
Using Fleksy I always type with two hands, but cannot do so with FlickType because I always get the "Letters uppercase" notification half way through words. Perhaps the two finger tap could change to a two finger swipe up for case change? If not, then an option in the settings to disable two finger case change would allow those with iPhone 6s or later to be able to turn it off and just use hard press instead. Re: Customizing emojis
Chris Chaffin
Yes, you can, I just customized my emoji's. To do this, go to the settings tab at the bottom of the screen, swipe until you hear emoji shortcuts, then one more swipe will put you on the emoji edit field. Double tap the edit field and you can move one emoji at a time by flicking up or down with one finger. Use the delete key to delete any emoji that you do not want. To add more emoji's switch to the emoji keyboard and double tap on the ones you want to add.

Hope this helps. Chris

I thought I heard it was possible to customize the emoji list in FlickType, but I don't seam to find anything about this in the instructions. Did I dream it? All the best. JPR http://www.jprykiel.com http://soundcloud.com/ryksounet http://twitter.com/ryksounet Http://www.facebook.com/jprykiel

Alpha numeric numeric character when pressed when pressed
leonard morris
In FlickType classic the alpha for the letter f when pressed is the word FlickType. That's neat.

In the Flicktype app, do a flick up and hold to dismiss the flicktype keyboard, then you will find a share button at the top of the screen.

In FlickType classic the quotation mark is on the top row, all the way right on the symbols panel.

Re: Beta tester

Yes, I think iOS remembers what keyboard you were using in the last application. As to your other question, I think the answer is no. Apple doesn't allow third party keyboard's to use the Dictation feature. At least to my knowledge.
Weber this will be added in a future version of IOS I don't know. I'm of the opinion that like others have said this defeats the purpose of using FlickType. However, I can also see where your logic makes sense.
It would be cool to be able to stay in flicktype and dictate a word or two without having to dismiss the keyboard. So yeah, I can certainly see both sides to the argument here.
Have a pleasant day.
