So sorry to hear about this issue. Have you restarted your device since experiencing the issue? If not, I recommend you start there. After restarting if you still have the issue will you please send me the following information: 
- Device model, exact version of iOS you are using, and the exact version of FlickType you are using.
- When did the issue start occurring? What exactly happened? As detailed as possible.

What's new:
- You can now use your existing iOS text replacement shortcuts with FlickType. Configure text replacements from iOS Settings, General, Keyboard, Text Replacement. If you tap-type the shortcut, it will automatically be expanded into its phrase. If you type it accurately by touch-typing each letter, you'll need to flick down to expand it after you space. Replacement shortcuts can only contain letters, but expanded phrases can be anything, including numbers, symbols, spaces, and even emoji. Be creative, smile!

Please note: the replacements don't work inside the container app due to iOS limitations.

Please help. My FlickType app is working fine except for when I am finished typing and switch back to the regular keyboard none of the text that I have typed appears in my text field. I would love any feedback on how to fix this problem please. Thank you

On my iPad I find the FlickType keyboard has two problems: the rows of letters are too far apart, even with the reduced height toggle on. The other problem is that the keyboard reverts to lower case letters after the first word typed. In my iOS keyboard settings I disable showing lower case letters. It is also puzzling that the keyboard remains in upper case keys during typing the first word and then changes to showing lower case keys. Is there some reason for this?

Yeah I know how screenreaders change pitch when it encounters a capital letter. I just gave you an alternative that you can use to avoid this. Every time I encounter a capital letter with Voiceover, whether it be on my phone or my Mac, I have it set to play a sound when this happens. I like hearing a sound when I encounter capital letters, especially if the voice I'm using can't make pitch change. But I guess it's personal preference. If you want the pitch to change, so be it.

It works precisely the same way as any other app, Apple Music is a good example of this. I've included how to utilize family sharing as stated by Apple: "When you set up purchase sharing, the songs, albums, movies, TV shows, books, and apps purchased by family members are immediately available to everyone else in the group. New content appears in the Purchased tab in iTunes, iBooks, or the App Store for each family member. Just select the family member whose collection you’d like to browse, then download or play the content you choose. Other family members can access your collection in the same way. If you want to keep some purchases private, you can choose to hide individual items"

Wow am I happy and vindicated by knowing someone else understands what I am saying. Thank you Jen! You made my day. Was beginning to think I was imagining it. FYI, I sent Kosta and Ashley a screen recording showing this. Hopes this helps all of us including guidance for the two of them to get a fix. I will keep you up to date on this.

I uninstalled it for a different reason, as I have too many keyboards installed and I needed to remember that to find the next button I needed to go to the upper left hand corner. I know both of you have changed the order of the keyboards, but I guess that hasn't helped. I am running iOS 11.2.6. Not sure if that makes the difference.

Hi Costa and Ashley,

I have the same problem Reggie has. When I'm using mBraille and want to switch to Flicktype that's okay. When I want to back to the English US keyboard, we cannot get away from either the mBraille keyboards or the FlickType keyboards. I had to remove one in order to break the cycle. I just don't know how to get away from this either.

What's new:
- Keys will now be shown by default. You can revert back to the previous high-contrast appearance from the settings.
- Added setting to enable blinking cursor. If you have some vision, please try it out and let us know what you think.
- FlickType will now indicate the initial cursor position by announcing the current word.
- When reading back your text, the visual announcement will now be white instead of yellow, and the cursor position will also be displayed.
- When done reading back your text, the current cursor position will be announced.
- Visual tweaks to keyboard area when keys are hidden.
- Visual announcements will now take up more than one line if needed, rather than squeeze the announcement text all in one line by making the font extremely small.
- When reading back the typed text, it will now also be shown as a multiline visual announcement.
- "System" announcements such as switching to numbers or invoking shift will now appear yellow and have a slightly higher pitch.
- Added a workaround setting for the WhatsApp crash, off by default. Enable "Reduced Height" in the settings only if you have been experiencing crashes with WhatsApp, and please let us know if the workaround helped.
- Removed confusing "Inactive" badge on Upgrade tab item.
- Added hint on how to change the preset emoji setting.

As for ending a subscription, you go to settings, iTunes & app store, select your apple id and click view apple id, subscriptions, and you can manage your subscriptions on this page.
