The subscriptions are still listed on the appStore page. I thought they were supposed to do away with those, because the way they're implimented, goes against Apple's policies. Apple kept rejecting updates awhile ago, according to an emcil I still have, that was sent out in Novembw Thanks,Jessica

What series is your watch I don't have the app yet, but I'd be using it on a series 4. Thanks, Jessica

I’ve installed it on my Apple Watch but when I open the app on my watch and double tap to create a new note, the keyboard does come up but voiceover says nothing when I tap the keyboard, nothing works. I’ve restarted the watch but still no joy. Have I missed something? Harry

I just downloaded it on my iPhone. I
assume it will install on my watch automatically. I just got it a short
while ago and don't have time to check it out yet, but after work
I will.

Feedback, Punctuations and more
Jean-Philippe Rykiel
Dear FlickType Team,
Using an iPhone seven with Latest French iOS, I notice that when flicking right after typing, it happens that the word is not correctly Spoken, even though it is correctly typed. Speech misses the first letter of the word,. And for example the, may be Pronounpronounced as he.A stranger thing I noticed Without being able to reproduce itThe sequence which Leeds to this behavior, is that sometimes when deleting a word, FlickType will say Beginning of Document, Even though I. Am in the middle of it. Oh, one last thing I I. Forgot, Punctuations are no longer pronounced when flicking thropunctuations are no longer pronounced when flicking through them. That’s it for now. Hi Jessica and all, The Watch Companion has been separated into a paid download for $2.99 called FlickType Notes for Watch. I didn't hesitate to buy it, though I haven't had a chance to try it yet. Here's the link on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/flicktype-notes-for-watch/id1453148171 On 1/11/2020 7:55 AM, Jessica D wrote:

Clearing up the dictionary
Daniel McGee
Hi all, in the FlickType container app, where the dictionary is located. Besides manually deleting each entry one by one, is there anyway to clear all the words at once?
Since the beta has expired, which had a: clear all button in the dictionary tag, are there any work arounds for cleanup with the app store version. Regards Daniel

Re: Upcoming pricing changes

My recommendation would be to subscribe monthly so that if something ever happened you wouldn't be out any money. I absolutely love the keyboard, but no one knows what the future holds for flick type.

You don’t have to cancel your subscription. If they discontinue the subscription model, your subscription will automatically go away. If they institute a new cost, you will have to authorize that specifically, they can’t just change the subscription so that you pay the new cost. So you really don’t have to do anything until you get some kind of notification from Apple or FlickType it’s self, and even in that case the worst that will happen is that the keyboard will just stop working and you will have to use the regular keyboard or dictation or whatever else you use when you’re not using FlickType.

Cf the app still works for you and you still use it, there's no reason to cancel your subscription.

Hello everyone, I have a question. Does that mean I should cancel my subscription? When should I do so? that way I won’t have any unwanted charges. What I mean is I don’t want to pay if I don’t have to. I hope you know what I mean.

But Gordon's solution has worked in my case, though apparently not for Paula. They have changed the multi-way toggle of the next keyboard key in iOS 13, at least on some devices, so that you have to double tap and slide in order for it to work. Re: FlickType Container app not working on my iPhone 8
Tony Hernandez
Hi Luke,
Kosta and Ashley do monitor this list,
but they've had a rough go of it in the last year or two,
including hospitalization-level illness. FlickType development
has unfortunately been understandably slow because of it, since
it's a two-person team keeping up with a very demanding set of
circumstances. I hope FlickType development under Kosta and
Ashley gets back to its previous pace because it will mean that
their personal difficulties have improved or resolved.
