So I wonder if the app is going to completely stop working for everyone? Or will we be able to continue to use it if we already have it installed?

It is certainly a sad day for the blind community. This keyboard has enriched my typing experience on iPhone and Apple Watch… Going all the way back to the first encarnation Fleksy.
Yet again, Apple has screwed up royally. Quite the theme this year. All the blogs have focused on the fact that the keyboard was initially designed with the blind community in mind. That’s not looking too good for Apple’s constant spouting of their dedication to Accessibility.

I to, would like to know where this announcement can be found. Has it been published on a site like Applevis for example? Is there anything we can do? This is terrible!

Yes, the choice of the developer. Who indeed has filed suit against Apple. I’m not disputing that, but no response to developer app rejection is a bad faith effort on Apple’s part.

Gorden,

I think it will work as long as it’s compatible with the os. It sounds like We are getting the shaft from the dev here as well. The keyboard on iOS is going away but the inaccessible Watch app is sticking around.

The dev has made more money with the sighted community with the watch app and is still going to support that one it seems.

Hi,
Do we really have to pay $9.99 just to use the app?
I'm not complaining, but I couldn't access the settings.

Thanks,

When Will There Be An Update?

Shawn Krasniuk <bbsshawn@...>

Hey Ashley and Kosta. Just wanting to know how to get back on the beta and also will there be an update to fix some annoying issues with the app on iOS 15. The issues I'm experiencing are as follows?
1. Word echo is hit or miss, mostly miss though. Whenever I flick right to insert a space or punctuation or when deleting words, all Flicktype says is space.
2. Direct touch doesn't appear to be sticking again. Maybe it's an issue with iOS 15 itself but I don't experience that behavior when I use other apps that use the setting. I hope these issues get fixed soon. It's very hard to use Flicktype at the moment. Thanks.

Hi all,
I was wondering, am I the only one who was removed as a tester from Flicktype Beta? Or did others get removed as well? I checked the Testflight app right after the last beta expired, and have been seeing ”Tester Removed;  The developer removed you from the test program” ever since. Thought I'd check because I haven't seen it mentioned on the list.

Hi,
I have  also been removed as a tester.
But I think you’ll find that when A  build expires it’s automatically removed,
And When are new builders available, it will automatically show up

kind regards,
