I think its not yet a feature present in the app. I believe though, that it will be added eventually.

I've been using the app store version with subscription for a while on my iPad and now I'm using the app store version instead of the beta on my new iPhone XS and although I've given all permissions, none of the words I'd added to my dictionary on my iPad have appeared in the dictionary in the app on my iPhone. Is this a bug, an error on by part or a feature not yet included in the app?
