It may be a good idea to mention in the instructions, while entering words into the dictionary, only the iOS keyboard is available and all rotor gestures are enabled.

I noticed one minor thing that might be a problem for new users in the dictionary tab. The add new word button simply says add new word. It might make it a little clearer that this is a tappable button by using the VoiceOver label or making VoiceOver identify this as a button.
